As with any video streaming program, glitches can occur, which can manifest as a black screen, the app freezing at a certain place like the logo, or displaying a certain error. In this article I have collected all possible errors that you may see on your TV, computer or phone screen.
General tips for troubleshooting Netflix errors
Whatever the errors are, the best solution is to reboot the device you are running Neflix on, reboot your TV or device, if you are using the app on your phone or computer, restart the app. If even after rebooting you see an error, refer to the table below to determine the nature of the error.
