• Go to Side key settings.
• Finally, select the Power off menu instead of Wake Bixby under the Press and hold section.

Once you have completed these steps, pressing and holding the Side key will bring up the Power menu, not Bixby.

• Select Bixby Voice.
• After that, navigate to Storage and tap Clear cache.
• Then, tap Clear data.
• Confirm this action by tapping Delete.
• Next, tap Back and select Disable. 
• Finally, tap Disable app to confirm.

Once you’re done, Bixby won’t launch when pressing and holding the Bixby or Side key.
