You may need to contact Vizio support in some cases, but the most common one is when you encounter problems with your Vizio device, for example, TV.

In such cases, the best thing you can do is to contact Vizio support to solve the problem and get information about the warranty and how to get a refund or repair. However, there is one problem – if you try to open Vizio support contact information, you will see an error.

I think this is their internal server problem which will be fixed soon, but for now, we’re getting a lot of questions on how to contact Vizio support, so we decided to post this article to help you.

How to get in touch with Vizio support

There are a few different ways you can contact Vizio support, which I will discuss below. You just need to choose the one that is most convenient for you.

I prefer to make a live call because this way you get the fastest response and you can always clarify the details.

How to call Vizio Customer Service

To call Vizio Customer Service you can use one of the numbers below. The best way is to call 888-849-4623. This is the number that was listed on support.vizio.com before this subdomain stopped working.

Alternatively, you can use one of the numbers below:

  • US – 855-209-4106
  • Canada – 877-878-4946

Tell the operator your problem and simply follow the instructions.

These three numbers are listed to work 24/7 (at least that’s information that I’ve found if you can’t contact support in any time, then try to call again during standard working hours), but if you want to return your Vizio device, you may also contact 855-472-8817, which is available Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. Pacific time and Saturday and Sunday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

You will need to call this number to get a return authorization number.

Note: the last number works only for Vizio direct sales, that is, if you bought the device directly from Vizio and not from a reseller.

Another number you can use is 855-833-3221, this number is in work Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. On Saturday and Sunday, it works from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

How to contact Vizio via live chat

Live chat was available on support.vizio.com, however, currently, this subdomain is unavailable.

Another way to reach a live chat is http://vizio.custhelp.com/app/ask, but this link is also not working right now as well.

So, seems there’s no way to get in touch via Live chat now.

How to contact Vizio via email

The only email that I’ve found is CustomerSupport@VIZIO.com, seems that this email is working.

When you’re writing this email, try to express your problem as short as possible and clarify the main points. If you want to get a return (in case you’ve made a direct Vizio purchase) then express your purpose in the letter title and express why you want to get a return.

Does Vizio have a call-back?

No (at least I haven’t found any info about that). Seems it was available on the support subdomain, but since it isn’t working – you can’t order a call-back. That means you would need to make a call first (or write an email).

  1. Hi. I have a Vizio 55″ model D40F that has recently begun showing what appears to be gray, dusty, wavy lines across the center of the screen. They appear to be on the inside as they cannot be removed with a damp cloth. Also they do not always show up but seem to depend on the composition or picture currently on the screen. What, if anything, can I do to remove these wavy lines?

    • It is a faulty display, but there could be many causes, perhaps a bad contact of the stub from the main board to the display or faulty electronic components.
