Despite not having as much content as its competitors, Max and SHOWTIME, the STARZ channel has a lot of fans. My introduction to STARZ started with the show Power. Then the spin-offs came out, and I grew to like STARZ more.
STARZ has only one subscription option, costing $9.99/month. But now there is an offer on the site: 3 months for $9. This is a one-time offer and likely won’t last long.
For that, you get ad-free viewing and the ability to download movies and shows for offline viewing. And so is viewing on up to 4 devices at once.
You can also access it on almost every popular gadget, including Xbox, PS5, Fire Stick, and Roku.
Also, you can get Starz for $2 if you subscribe to Hulu. Hulu offers a bundle, and Starz is one of them.
The only thing I don’t like about the STARZ website is the clunky interface for new subscribers. The site has no specific information about what you get for $9.99/month, like on competitor sites.

Does Starz have a trial period and deals?
There is currently no active “Get trial period” button on the STARZ website. Unlike other streaming services such as Hulu, you can’t get a week of free viewing on STARZ through their website.

Does Starz have a free trial for students?
You cannot get the student discount if you subscribe through Starz streaming.
Starz, unlike Paramount Plus, does not offer this option. All promotional offers on the site are for 3 months for $9.99/month. After that, you have to pay the full price of $9.99/month.
How do you get Starz and Hulu for $9.99/month?
Hulu offers a bundle, which means a combination of multiple streaming for one price.
You can get STARZ on Hulu and pay just $9.99/month.
A Hulu subscription with ads costs $7.99/month. Paying an extra $2 will get you 2 streaming services.

If you want to watch Power, then you need to choose Starz. Or conversely, if you want to watch Ted Lasso, you should subscribe to Apple TV+.

Is STARZ worth it?
In terms of content, STARZ may not be a direct rival to SHOWTIME, but its $9.00 per month price tag makes this service more attractive from a value-for-money perspective.
STARZ boasts original content, there is a lot to watch on STARZ.
STARZ’s main goal is entertainment content, not documentaries and sports streaming. I found what I needed here, so subscribing to STARZ is well worth it.
