Discovery plus is supported by WebOS version 4.0 or higher, so we are talking about 2018 – 2022 TVs. For earlier versions, this app will not work because other web engines were used to stream video. How to check if your LG TV supports the Discovery plus app
Checking if your TV supports the Discovery plus app is very easy, now I will tell you how to do it. There are several ways to do this.
The first way is to check if your LG TV supports the Discovery plus app.

I can’t find Discovery plus on my LG TV
If you have checked the WebOS version and model number of your TV, but can’t find Discovery plus, do the following.
- Update your software version to the latest version available.
- Check which country you selected in the original TV settings.
- Check if Discovery plus is available in your country, check if you can access Discoveryy plus from your phone or computer, for example.
